Richard Tran

Richard Tran has worked in a variety of roles in the scientific and research fields. In 2012, they began their career as a Laboratory and Field Technical Assistant at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. In 2013, they took on a role as a Research Student at the University of Waterloo. In 2014, they became a Chemist at Syncrude Canada Ltd. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Piramal Pharma Solutions as a Senior R&D Chemist and then as an R&D Chemist. Most recently, they have been a Project Manager, Bioanalytical and a Formulation Scientist at Providence Therapeutics.

Richard Tran completed their Bachelor of Science in Science from the University of Waterloo in 2015. Richard then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from the same university, which they completed in 2017.
