Amy Martins started their career in 2008 as an Audit Senior at Deloitte, where they performed analytical reviews, communicated with senior management, and participated in drafting audit reports. Amy then worked as an Internal Audit Consultant at Verizon from 2012 to 2015, leading meetings with business owners, planning and completing audits, and reviewing business processes and controls. From 2015 to 2017, Amy served as a Senior Internal Auditor at Realogy Holdings Corp. As a Senior Accountant at SB One Bank from 2017 to 2019, they maintained and reviewed bank reconciliations, updated SOX control narratives, and prepared account reconciliations. Amy later became a Risk Manager at SB One Bank from 2019 to 2020, where they determined audit scope, conducted risk assessments, and performed comprehensive audits. Currently, Amy is working as a Data Governance Lead at Provident Bank, where they assist in building and designing the bank's data governance program, manages data accuracy through controls, and develops extract, transform, and load (ETL) controls.

Amy Martins earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from William Paterson University of New Jersey from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Accounting from Passaic County Community College from 2002 to 2005.
