Chao Huang

Chao Huang currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at Provident Bank, a position held since September 2023. Prior experience includes five years as an Associate at Dechert LLP and a legal consultant role during a secondment at Blackstone. Previously, Chao worked as an Associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and gained early legal experience as a Summer Associate Law Clerk with the same firm. Chao interned with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, contributing to the Enforcement Division, and has experience as an LSAT tutor and volunteer intern at United Nations Radio. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International and Global Studies from Brandeis University, with additional studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
