Dev Lalbeharry

Dev Lalbeharry is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit risk analytics and commercial real estate. Currently serving as the First Vice President & Credit Risk Analytics Manager at The Provident Bank since 2016, Dev oversees the Credit Risk Analytics Group, producing quarterly CRE Concentration Reports that assess market conditions. Previous roles include Vice President & Commercial Real Estate Underwriter at The Provident Bank, and Senior Commercial Real Estate Analyst positions at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC and KEYBANK REAL ESTATE CAPITAL, where extensive underwriting and due diligence on substantial loan requests were conducted. Dev also has experience as a Portfolio Manager at Greenfield Commercial Credit Inc. and as a founding lawyer at the Law Office of Dev Lalbeharry.
