Jacqueline M. Browne, MBA, has a robust background in customer experience and marketing, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Experience and Effectiveness Lead at Provident Bank since September 2019. Previously, Jacqueline held the roles of Assistant Vice President, Customer & User Experience Specialist, and Digital Media Specialist at the same institution.
