Ron Krauskopf

Ron Krauskopf is currently the Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Specialty Lending at Provident Bank, a role assumed in May 2024. As a key member of the Bank's executive leadership team, Ron is responsible for strategizing and driving growth across various specialized C&I business lines. Prior to this position, Ron held several leadership roles at Lakeland Bank, including Group Leader for Specialty Commercial Lending and First Senior Vice President for Healthcare Banking, guiding teams in specialized lending sectors. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Team Leader of Healthcare Lending at Investors Bank and First Vice President & Team Leader at Valley National Bank. Ron's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from The College of New Jersey and participation in leadership programs at both the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and The Wharton School.
