Marcin Żuchowski

Marcin Zuchowski is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit risk management across various markets in Central and Eastern Europe. Currently serving as the Country Manager and President of Provident Polska since September 2024, Marcin previously held the position of Country Manager at Provident Financial s.r.o. in early 2024. From 2011 to 2024, Marcin was the Credit Risk Director and Board Member at Provident Polska, responsible for a regional role encompassing credit policy, underwriting, and operational loss management across Poland, Czechia, Hungary, and Romania. Marcin has managed significant teams and successfully concluded numerous non-performing debt transactions. Prior roles include leadership positions at KBC Consumer Finance and Kredyt Bank, where Marcin developed risk models and credit strategies. Marcin Zuchowski holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Warsaw University of Technology and has over two decades of expertise in financial risk assessment and management.
