Chris Barton

Chris Barton is the Chief Executive Officer of Provident Specialty Group and serves as a Board Member for Tier 1 Energy Solutions Inc. With extensive experience at KATERRA as Senior Vice President and a long tenure at Schlumberger from 1995 to 2020, Chris held various leadership roles, including President, Global Account Director, and Vice President of Marketing & Technology for North America. Notable achievements include managing over $3 billion in revenues and leading a successful merger between Schlumberger and Smith. Chris holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University, obtained in 1995.
