Alina-Valentina Turcu

Alina-Valentina Turcu is an experienced instructional designer and e-learning specialist with a strong background in creating and designing engaging learning content. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Provident Financial Romania since May 2021, Alina-Valentina focuses on enhancing retention through well-structured learning activities and assessments while also managing the Learning Management System (LMS). Previous roles include E-learning Technical Specialist at BCR, where responsibilities involved developing eLearning modules and conducting training sessions, and Web Designer at Ericsson, where Alina-Valentina designed web graphics and layouts. Earlier experience includes positions at HP and Eurodidactica SRL, showcasing a diverse skill set in graphic design, web editing, and communication. Alina-Valentina holds a degree from the Facultatea de Stiinte ale Comunicarii at Universitatea Ecologica in Bucharest.
