Roinand Aguila

Roinand Aguila is an experienced software engineer currently working at ProView Global since June 2017, focusing on developing a data-intensive web-based HRIS platform and engaging in research and development. Prior experience includes serving as an assistant professor at the University of the Philippines at Los Baños from August 2014 to July 2017, where Roinand taught web programming and advised undergraduate students, while also participating in several academic and student committees. Roinand also has a strong background in research and programming, having worked on projects related to agricultural information systems and mobile applications at various institutions, including the International Rice Research Institute and as a software developer at Implem Partners, Inc. Roinand holds a Master's degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from the University of the Philippines.
