Research & Development

One of the largest and up-to-date R&D departments in Greece is located in Provil's headquarters. The R&D Department is assisted and reinforced by the Experimental Kitchen Department and the Industrial Applications Laboratory.

Quality Assurance & Certifications

Food quality and safety are the main requirements of consumers. Provil fully complies with all national and international regulations and laws relating to the food industry. 

• Carries out thorough inspections at every stage of production, applying the strictest food safety standards
• Uses state of the art technology at every stage of the production process with full traceability
• Has adopted advanced packaging systems, keeping the taste and aroma of the products unchanged
• Is certified with Food Safety Management Systems ISO22000: 2005, IFS. BRC, HALAL, KOSHER.

The enterprise was financed by the Action of the Competitiveness Program (ESPA 2021-2027) "Basic Digital Transformation" of the Action Bundle "Digital 
Transformation of SMEs". The Action aims to cover the basic needs of SMEs with modern IT and communication technologies that contribute to an extroverted, innovative and competitive production of products or services.
