David Dachelet

David Dachelet is currently the Principal & General Counsel at Province. David has previously served as the Sr. Vice President & General Counsel at The Greenspun Corporation and as a Shareholder and Co-founder of Newman Morris & Dachelet, Ltd. David began their career as an Associate Attorney at Kolesar & Leatham. David is responsible for the management of all legal and corporate governance matters for various Greenspun family-owned assets and companies, including The Greenspun Corporation, American Nevada Company, and Greenspun Media Group.

David Dachelet attended the University of San Diego School of Law, where they earned their J.D. David also holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Utah.
