Bill Deley is currently the Principal and Assistant General Counsel at GHD, providing legal and commercial advice related to major procurement and Design-Build projects across North America. Previously, they served as Associate and Senior Counsel at GHD, and held various legal positions, including Litigation Lawyer at Giffen LLP and Construction Law Associate at Dentons Canada LLP. Bill also gained teaching experience as a Teacher's Assistant at Frostproof Middle-Senior High School. They hold a J.D. from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Webber International University.
