Jaime Chapman

Ms. Chapman has over 15 years of corporate restructuring experience, as having spent the bulk of her career as bankruptcy and restructuring attorney where she counseled clients in complex chapter 11 and chapter 15 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. She has amassed experience across a breadth of industries including aerospace, automotive, consumer products, energy, food & beverage, healthcare, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, and real estate. Ms. Chapman excels in developing resourceful and practical solutions for not only her clients’ legal challenges, but for their business challenges as well.

Prior to joining Province, Ms. Chapman was a Partner at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP where she served as counsel to debtors, official and ad hoc committees, foreign representatives, future claimants’ representatives, lenders, sponsors, and asset purchasers in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
