Mark Kronfeld

Mark Kronfeld is a Managing Director at Province and has over 20 years of experience in workout and restructuring efforts across the global credit platform. Mark also focuses on special situations and distressed investments as well as private credit, rescue financing, leveraged finance and complex credit opportunities. Prior to joining Province, Mark served as the Managing Director/Global Head of Restructuring at BlackRock and was responsible for overseeing, leading and managing workout and restructuring efforts across the global credit platform. Mark also led internal credit and distressed training at BlackRock. Prior to BlackRock, Mark was a Partner/Portfolio Manager at Plymouth Lane Capital Management, LLC and a Managing Director at BlueMountain Capital Management.

Mark Kronfeld graduated from the University at Albany, SUNY with a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Philosophy. Mark then attended the NYU Stern School of Business, where they earned an MBA in Finance. Finally, they attended Boston University School of Law, where they earned a J.D. (Edward F. Hennessy Scholar).
