Marcelo isa Lawyer, specialist in public service regulation law. Since 1998 and up to the present, he has acted as an adviser and representative of public works and services cooperatives in different cities on the Atlantic coast and previously held various management positions in the Municipality of the Coast. Since 2017, he is Director of the budget commission of the Chamber of Deputies of the Province of Buenos Aires.
