Christine Massey currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Public Health and Wellness at the Provincial Health Services Authority, overseeing the BC Centre for Disease Control since April 2024. Prior to this role, Christine held various leadership positions within the Government of British Columbia, including Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Mental Health & Addictions and Assistant Deputy Minister roles focused on Child Care and Early Years & Inclusion. Christine has extensive experience in child care policy, provincial programs for children with special needs, and health services, along with roles in policy and research within various BC ministries. Christine's educational background includes a Master's degree from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Ottawa.
