Colette Snowden has extensive work experience in the healthcare sector. Colette started their career at Providence Health Care in 2003, where they held the positions of Clinical Applications Analyst and later Senior Clinical Applications Analyst. In 2011, they joined Provincial Health Services Authority as a Senior eHealth Privacy Analyst and later became a Senior Business Analyst in Clinical Solutions Delivery. In 2015, they took on the role of Core Team Manager for the Clinical and Systems Transformation Project and then became the Registration Team Manager in the same project. In 2016, they were promoted to Director of the Clinical and Systems Transformation Project. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director for Enterprise Clinical Information Solutions at the Provincial Health Services Authority.
Colette Snowden holds a B.Sc. degree in Health Information Science from the University of Victoria. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from the Cerner Corporation, including "Cerner: building and maintaining Core" in 2016, "Cerner: All things results viewing" in 2014, and "Cerner: Fundamentals" in 2013.
