Gloria Morgan is a former Federal Adjudicator with the Indian Residential School Independent Process. She has worked in many areas including as a RCMP Officer, Lawyer, and was Chief for two terms of Splatsin Indian First Nation. She has served and continues to serve on several local and provincial boards and committees.

She is a Member of the Board of Governors and Chair of Okanagan College. She was a Board Member of Splatsin Tsm7aksaltn Teaching Center and volunteers on many occasions for the Splatsin First Nation. She is currently a member of the North Okanagan Neighbourhood Small Grants Committee. Ms. Morgan received her Law Degree from the University of British Columbia.
