King Choi

King Choi is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Provincial Health Services Authority since December 2023, King previously worked as a Full Stack Developer at Planworth, where contributions included enhancing a financial planning application. Prior to that, King held positions such as Engineering Partner at Commit and Android Developer at Mogo, where significant achievements included redeveloping the Spending Card product and refactoring code from Java to Kotlin. Additional experience includes software development as an Independent Contractor and contributions to mobile application development as part of the QuickMobile team. King Choi began this career journey with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Software Engineering from UBC, following a foundational internship at Advanced Telecommunications Research Institute International.
