Nabeela Nathu

Nabeela Nathu is an accomplished leader in innovation and transformation with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Innovation & Transformation at Provincial Health Services Authority since March 2022, Nabeela previously held director and senior roles at TPD®, where key responsibilities included project assessment, business case development, and stakeholder consultation for technology transformation. Earlier experiences include project management at Coast Capital Savings, where Nabeela led initiatives supporting national expansion and digital transformation, as well as change project management at Roche focused on improving business processes. Nabeela's career also features consulting at Accenture and impactful roles in international microfinance with the Aga Khan Foundation. Nabeela holds dual B.B.A. degrees in Business Management and International Business & Strategy from the University of Toronto.
