Nestor Carino

Nestor Carino is a seasoned professional in network and voice engineering, currently serving as a Senior Voice Network Analyst at the Provincial Health Services Authority since May 2023, focusing on technical project delivery and operational support for contact center solutions. Previous experience includes roles at Cisco as a Voice Network Analyst and Network Consulting Engineer, where Nestor implemented projects for telecom service providers and produced various technical reports. Additional positions at BT Group, Logicalis, and HP provided comprehensive expertise in operational support, VoIP solutions, and network management. Nestor holds an Executive MBA from the University of Hull and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.
