Pamela Fennell

Pamela Fennell is an experienced professional in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Change Management Lead at Foundry BC since November 2017 and concurrently as Leader for Specialist Services Initiatives at Vancouver Coastal Health since October 2016. With a background in clinical project management at the Provincial Health Services Authority, Pamela has contributed to significant projects including the Children's and Women's Redevelopment Project. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant/Project Manager with Fraser Health Authority, where major initiatives included redevelopment projects and change management practices. Pamela began her career in healthcare as a Project Coordinator at RL Solutions and held positions at ACD/Labs.
