Patrick Tsang

Patrick Tsang is an accomplished software development leader with extensive experience in managing technical projects and teams across various organizations. Currently serving as the Software Development Manager at Provincial Health Services Authority since August 2016, Patrick defines technical vision and oversees the development of an integrated health and safety management system. Previously, Patrick co-founded Trippeo, introducing a mobile app for business travellers, and held positions such as Technology Lead at Vancity, Senior Programmer Analyst at Inventure Solutions, and Software Development Manager at Pacific Alliance Technologies. Patrick holds an MSc in Information Systems Management from the University of Liverpool and has demonstrated a consistent ability to bridge communication gaps, motivate teams, and deliver high-quality software solutions throughout a progressive career in technology.
