Shaina Reid

Shaina Reid is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in program management and clinical systems transformation. As the Executive Director of Program Management at Provincial Health Services Authority since August 2019, Shaina leads the development and delivery of CST Implementation strategies across multiple health organizations. Previous roles include PHC Implementation Director at Providence Health Care and Senior Manager at Provincial Health Services Authority, where Shaina contributed to the establishment of a standardized clinical information system. Additionally, Shaina has experience as a Senior Project Manager for the Northern Cancer Control Strategy Project and as a Senior Consultant at Vitalize Consulting Solutions, focusing on EHR implementations. Shaina holds a BSc in Health Information Science from the University of Victoria and PMI Certificates in Information Technology Project Management from Villanova University.
