Marleen Marcelissen

Marleen Marcelissen, MSc, has extensive experience in strategic roles within the energy and mobility sectors. Currently serving as Strateeg Energie at Provincie Noord-Brabant since June 2018, Marleen focuses on energy transition initiatives and related policy frameworks. Previous roles include Project Leader for Omgevingswet implementation, Consultant on international entrepreneurship at RVO.nl, and Group Program Manager for rebranding at Dynniq. Marleen's career also includes managerial positions in stakeholder management, project coordination, and communications across various organizations. Academically, Marleen holds a Master of Science in Management of Public Issues from Utrecht University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, alongside additional certifications in marketing and further education.
