Pauke Bogaarts

Pauke Bogaarts has extensive experience in legal and governmental roles, currently serving as a member of the bezwaarschriftencommissie for both Gemeente Brunssum and Gemeente Deurne since September 2019, and as a Sr. Jurist specializing in state and administrative law at Provincie Noord-Brabant since July 2020. Previously, Pauke held various positions including Gemeentejurist at Gemeente Kerkrade and legal advisor at Schulinck. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees in law from Maastricht University, including an LL.M and a Bachelor's degree, as well as a post-academic course in municipal law from Radboud University. Recent training at the Academie voor Wetgeving was completed in 2023.
