Henny Van Hulst has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as a Technisch Medewerker/Projectleider at Provincie Noord-Holland since April 1987. Prior to this role, Henny worked as an Elektromonteur at GTI from 1974 to 1987. Henny holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Technische Bedrijfskunde, earned from Inholland University of Applied Sciences between 2001 and 2006.
