Irmgard Noordhoek

Irmgard Noordhoek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital and economic policy, currently serving as a Beleidsadviseur Arbeidsmarkt en Onderwijs at Provincie Noord-Holland since May 2019. In this role, Irmgard focuses on aligning education with the labor market and fostering ongoing professional development amid rapid change, while also advising on technology interests and economic policy coordination.
