Marco Kikkert

Marco Kikkert is a seasoned green space management professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Beheer adviseur groen at Provincie Noord-Holland since February 2023, Marco has previously held positions including Adviseur Groen en spelen and Medewerker A wijkteams at Gemeente Den Helder from March 1998 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes working as Algemeen medewerker groen at Gemeente Haarlem from 1991 to 1997. Marco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tuin- en landschapsinrichting/management buitenruimte from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2012 and 2016, and has also obtained the European Tree Technician certification from Praktijkcentrum bomen.
