Previous roles include serving as a Bestuursadviseur and Beleidsadviseur in various environmental and spatial planning capacities. Martine's early career includes significant contributions at Gemeente Haarlem as a planologist and housing policy advisor. Martine holds a drs degree in Planologie from the University of Amsterdam and has further qualifications in strategic policy advising and spatial law.
