Stefan Bakker is an experienced beleidsadviseur in mobiliteit and infrastructuur, currently holding a position at Provincie Noord-Holland since October 2018, where responsibilities include project leadership for infrastructure projects and development of policy frameworks related to nitrogen and inland shipping.
