Bert Zandvoort

Bert Zandvoort is an experienced project manager in civil engineering and infrastructure, currently serving as Projectmanager infrastructuur at Provincie Overijssel since March 2019, focusing on various road infrastructure projects. Previously, Bert Zandvoort worked at Gemeente Dinkelland on the Programmatisch Aanpak Stikstof, addressing high nitrogen deposits in Natura 2000 areas. With a robust background at Witteveen+Bos as an advisor in spatial planning and infrastructure, Bert Zandvoort managed significant projects related to traffic planning and environmental management. Educational achievements include a cum laude MSc in Planologie from the University of Groningen and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Windesheim.
