Eelco Last

Eelco Last currently serves as a Senior Policy Officer for Regional Cooperation at Provincie Overijssel, starting in October 2023. Previously, Eelco Last worked at Provincie Drenthe from December 2016 to September 2023 as a Policy Specialist focusing on Housing and Demography, where responsibilities included demographic analysis and policy development. Additionally, Eelco Last led a datascience team aimed at utilizing Big Data for management and policy development and contributed as a Project Liaison for the EU Interreg project COM3. Eelco Last has held various roles in project management and consultancy within organizations such as Scouting Nederland and Last Onderzoek & Advies and has a strong academic background with a Master's in Cultural Geography from the University of Groningen.
