Marion Backers is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, policy support, and wellness services. Currently serving as the owner of Spirits of Eljaridi, Marion is in the process of developing a massage and conversation business set to open in late 2024. Simultaneously, Marion has been with Provincie Overijssel since 2012, holding various roles including Secretary of the Management Team for Business Operations and Project Supporter, contributing expertise in budget coaching and policy development. Previous experience includes ownership of multiple wellness practices, including IMB Officesupport as a virtual assistant and Es Vedra Reiki en Massage, as well as significant administrative and HR management roles in organizations like Electrabel Nederland and Higher Consultancy. Marion's educational background includes a Master's degree in Lean and various certifications in personnel management and holistic practices.
