Randy Fink

Randy Fink has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Randy currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Provis Estate Management, a role they assumed in 2024. Prior to this, Randy worked at JLL from 2013 to 2024, where they held various roles including Chair of the Investor Services Executive Committee, Managing Director of Property Management, and US Co-Leader of the Global Premium Services Group. Before joining JLL, Randy served as the Planning Committee Chair at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Planning Commission from 2013 to 2015. Randy also worked as a Real Estate Asset & Acquisitions Manager at Harris Teeter from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, Randy held positions at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Planning Department, Merrifield Partners, Grubb Properties, Tractus Asia, Federal Political Campaigns, and Bank of America.

Randy Fink obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and History from Duke University in the years 1993 to 1997. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance in Real Estate Development at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2002 to 2004. Before entering college, Randy attained a high school diploma from East Mecklenburg High School in 1990 to 1993.
