Cindy Trinh has worked in the medical device industry since 2015. Cindy began their career at InnovHeart S.r.l. as a Research and Development Engineer, where they co-developed a proof of concept transapical mitral valve delivery system and managed production, testing, packaging, and sterilization of catheters for pre-clinical studies. Cindy was later promoted to Senior Research and Development Engineer, where they fabricated catheter prototypes for trans-septal delivery of mitral valve replacement and worked with physician partners in pre-clinical environment to evaluate prototypes. In 2020, they joined enVVeno Medical as a Staff Research and Development Engineer. In this role, they developed a test method for hydrodynamic in vitro evaluation of first in class surgical venous valve implant, defended rationale for hydrodynamic test parameters and acceptance criteria to FDA in successful IDE submission, and coordinated with vendors to perform other bench tests in IDE submission. Cindy is currently employed at Provisio Medical as a Staff R&D Engineer.
Cindy Trinh completed their Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from UC San Diego in 2015.
