Kimberley (Clauss) Collins has a long and varied career in public service. Kimberley began their career in 2001 as an Intern at Banco Popular North America. In 2005, they took on the role of Deputy Finance Director at the Assembly Democratic Campaign Committee. In 2006, they became a Legislative Aide at the Wisconsin State Assembly, where they wrote legislation and worked with bill drafters. Kimberley then moved to the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families in 2008, where they were the Legislative Liaison and successfully managed the drafting and passage of 18 bills without unwanted amendments. In 2010, they became the Chief of Staff at the Department of Children and Families, developing and implementing the policy and legislative agenda for the Secretary and Governor's Office. In 2011, they became the Project Manager for the Governor's Office of Early Childhood Development. In 2014, they joined Illinois Action for Children as the Director of Strategy Management, serving as the main developer and driver of strategy. Finally, in 2018, Kimberley (Clauss) Collins joined Provisio Partners, where they have held the roles of Chief Delivery Officer and Delivery Director.

Kimberley (Clauss) Collins attended Valparaiso University from 2001 to 2005, where they received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration.
