Tracy Dobbs

Dr. Dobbs is the Chief Medical Officer of Provision Healthcare, LLC and a Medical Oncologist and founder of the largest Medical Oncology group, Tennessee Cancer Specialists, in East Tennessee and the third largest in the state. He has been in practice for 18 years and is director of 3 outlying medical oncology clinics which serve two states. Dr. Dobbs is the Principal Investigator for over twenty open clinical research trials as well as over seventy trials in some state of follow-up.

Dr. Tracy Dobbs earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Dr. Dobbs completed a post-graduate fellowship in medical oncology/hematology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology. Dr. Dobbs is the Principal Investigator for the majority of protocols offered through Tennessee Cancer Specialists. Dr. Dobbs is a member of the American Cancer Society, the Tennessee Medical Association, the Knoxville Academy of Medicine, the American Society of Clinical Oncologists, the American Medical Association, and the American College of Physicians. He served as Chief of Staff of Baptist Hospital of East Tennessee from 1996-1997 and was Chairman of the Credentials Committee from 1994 to 1995. He was also a member of the Baptist Hospital of East Tennessee Board of Directors from 1993 to 2006 and is currently a member of the American Cancer Society of Knox County Board of Directors.
