David Weiss

As co-founder and principal of Provision Living, David is responsible for the company’s real estate investment and capitalization strategy, as well as working with the company’s senior leadership team as a advisor for annual and long-term strategy. David has more than 30 years experience in transaction, investment, finance, and capitalization across all real estate asset class, with particular success in structuring seniors housing real estate investments and closing more than $3 billion of construction, acquisition, and mortgage financing.
