Tony Nigrelli, CSPO CSM, is a seasoned leader in service delivery and operations with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery and Operations at Provisions Group, Tony manages cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Previously, as Vice President of Operations & Delivery at Core10, Tony played a key role in the Executive Leadership Team while overseeing operational strategy and multiple departments. With a diverse background that includes roles in product management, quality assurance, and professional services at esteemed companies such as FIS, Asurion, and ProfitStars, Tony has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and fostering client relationships. Tony holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from North Central University.
