Diana Iketani Iorlano is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in privacy law and compliance. As the Founder and Managing Attorney of Iketani Law Corporation since November 2018, Diana specializes in advising businesses on data collection practices in relation to various privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA. Concurrently, Diana serves as General Counsel for iDepo Reporters and iDepo Hawaii, LLC, and In-House Counsel for Vcheck Global LLC. Diana has also held positions such as Counsel at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where the focus was on complex commercial litigation and regulatory compliance, and served as Chief Recruiting Officer during the firm's merger in 2008. Earlier career experience includes an Associate role at Morris Polich & Purdy LLP, primarily in civil litigation. Diana holds a Juris Doctor degree from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC San Diego.
