Mustafa Yacoub has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Mustafa started their career as a Registered Nurse at Jordan Hospital in 2009 and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined NMC ProVita International Medical Center, where they held various positions. Mustafa initially worked as a Registered Nurse until 2015 when they became the healthcare client services manager. From 2019 onwards, Mustafa held the position of Director of Patient Experience and Case Management at NMC ProVita International Medical Center.
Mustafa Yacoub obtained a Bachelor's degree in the science of nursing from Jami'at Philadelphia Al-Khassa in the years 2004 to 2008. Later, from 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Master's degree in healthcare administration, with a specialization in MBA healthcare management, from SBS Swiss Business School.

NMC ProVita was also awarded the distinguished three-year accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities International (CARF) in 2017 for its patient-centric protocols and its commitment to improving patients’ quality of life. For the third time, NMC ProVita received the prestigious three-year Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation in 2019 until 2022.
