Heidi Petersen

Heidi Petersen is a seasoned psychotherapist currently serving as an Intensive Out-Patient (IOP) Group Therapist at Provo Canyon Behavioral Hospital since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Mental Health Therapist and Intern at BEST PRACTICE COUNSELING & CONSULTING LLC from August 2019 to August 2021, and as a Receptionist and Office Manager at Holmes Chiropractic from 1994 to 2021. Earlier in career, Heidi Petersen worked as a Nurse under Dr. Von Moody from 1985 to 1990, assisting in various medical tasks. Heidi Petersen holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Social Sciences from Brigham Young University.
