Phil Uhl

Phil Uhl is an experienced Geographic Information Systems (GIS) professional with a tenure at Provo City since September 1999, serving as GIS Coordinator and overseeing the city’s GIS database, managing Esri licensing, and supporting GIS across various departments. Prior to Provo City, Phil Uhl worked as a GIS Analyst and Technician at CH2M HILL, focusing on mapping projects for Hill Air Force Base from 1998 to 1999. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Geography and a Bachelor’s degree in French, both obtained from Brigham Young University.
