Provo Rehab has therapy gyms, a memory care unit, long-term units, a short-term rehab floor, and a respiratory unit. Our team includes dedicated Nurses (RNs & LPNs), CNAs, Respiratory Therapists, Housekeepers, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Laundry Staff, Activities Assistants, and Dietary Professionals. Every role in our building is vital, and they each work together to live our mission of creating a better today for ourselves and others.
