Deepak Kalia has worked in various roles since 2011. Deepak began their career as a Field System Engineer at Datacom, providing onsite technical support for customers such as ACC, IAG, NZ Post, LINZ, Vector, New Zealand Tourism, New Zealand Customs, Parliamentary Services and New Zealand Lotteries. Deepak'sresponsibilities included managing AD, SCCM, fault diagnosis and resolution, hardware support and repair, application and operating system support, and desktop/laptop imaging and distribution of equipment. In 2014, Deepak moved to Spark Digital Marketing Ltd as a Systems Engineer, where they provided remote technical support in various capacities for customers to Government and Private Sectors, and was responsible for providing L2 and L3 support, isolating diagnosing and resolving incidents to restore service as quickly as possible and within defined service level agreement. In 2018, Deepak joined Provoke Solutions as a Tech Engineer. Since 2019, Deepak has held two positions concurrently: Senior Infrastructure Engineer at IAG and Trusted Advisor for Self-employed.

Deepak Kalia has a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from WelTec.
