Iga Socik (she/her)

Iga Socik has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Iga is currently a Customer Success Manager at Prowly PR Software since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Researcher at TOQUE Media from March 2020 to February 2021.

Before their current role, Iga worked at Brand24 where they held multiple positions. Iga was a Customer Education Manager from June 2019 to February 2020 and a Customer Success Manager from July 2018 to May 2019.

Earlier in their career, Iga worked as a Project Manager at EDC Expert Direct Communication from April 2017 to June 2018. Iga also served as an Account Manager at P.W. Sigma from September 2016 to April 2017.

Additionally, Iga gained experience as a Legal Intern at Kancelaria Jarosław Badek in July 2016 and as a New Business Development Intern at Good Looking Studio S.C. in July 2015. Iga also worked as a Sales Manager at PULL&BEAR from February 2015 to June 2015.

Iga has demonstrated their versatility by working in various industries and taking on different roles throughout their career.

Iga Socik attended the AGH University of Krakow from 2018 to 2019, where they pursued a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2016, they completed their Master's degree in Law at The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. In 2015, Iga participated in the Erasmus Programme at Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem, studying Law. Iga also attended the European Academy of Diplomacy from 2014 to 2015, earning a diploma in Diplomatic Service. As part of the Erasmus Programme, Iga studied European Studies at the European University Cyprus from 2013 to 2014. In 2011, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in European Studies from The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin.

In addition to their formal education, Iga Socik has obtained several certifications. In May 2023, they completed the "Customer Success Manager - How to Deliver" course at Startdeliver. In January 2018, they received the "Szkolenie jak dla swoich" certification from Social Tigers. Iga also holds the "Hubspot Inbound Certification" from HubSpot Academy, earned in May 2017, and the "Email Marketing Certified" certification, obtained from the same institution in January 2018.
