Iza Klat has a diverse work experience in the field of People and Culture. Iza is currently the Head of People & Culture at Prowly.com, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's HR strategy and development. Prior to this role, they served as the People & Culture Lead at Prowly.com, working closely with founders, managers, and teams to shape the company's mission, vision, values, and behaviors. In addition, they founded their own brand called people+ culture and innovation, where they worked as a People & Culture Advisor and implemented the OKR method in various companies. Iza has also worked as a Partner and Advisor at Future.Company, a People & Culture Advisor and Coach at Ladder.io, and a Content and Delivery Leader at Google, among other roles. Overall, Iza has a strong background in optimizing organizational culture and empowering individuals within the workplace.

Iza Klat has a diverse education history. Iza obtained a postgraduate degree in Employees Competency Management from Kozminski University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Cultural Studies (City&Art) from Uniwersytet SWPS, studying from 2011 to 2015. Iza also pursued a postgraduate degree in Coaching from Uniwersytet SWPS in 2010 to 2011.

In their earlier years, Iza studied at Kozminski University from 2002 to 2005, earning a Bachelor's degree in Management & Marketing. Iza later returned to Kozminski University and specialized in Economic Psychology, studying from 2005 to 2007. Before their university education, they attended the College of Tourism from 1993 to 1995, where they focused on Tourism and Travel Services Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Iza obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in HR from ICAgile in February 2020.
