Michela Pencz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michela started their career in 2019 as a Customer Success Specialist at Prowly PR Software, where they worked until 2022. During their time there, they also served as a Community & Influencer Specialist.

Prior to joining Prowly PR Software, Michela worked as a Social Media Specialist at Bio IQ from 2018 to 2022.

In 2019, they briefly worked as a Dziennikarz (Journalist) at MPG Media Services for a month.

Michela Pencz attended Uniwersytet SWPS from 2017 to 2020, where they completed their second year of undergraduate studies in the field of social communication and journalism. Afterward, they enrolled at Kozminski University in 2020 and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in brand management and marketing strategies.
